The Little Green Button is a small icon which floats over your other applications on your PC screen. Simply double-click on the button to request assistance from your colleagues. Once the alarm is activated, all computers on the network (with the Little Green Button running) display an alert. This message tells everybody the location of the problem. When someone clicks 'respond' the alarm message changes to include the location of the responding user.
Usually the first responder is the person next door, they are often the most relevant to deal with the situation.
